Andrew strengthens our advice team as a paraplanner and adviser‑in‑training. He’ll help build and maintain client financial plans, model scenarios, and prepare recommendations—joining client meetings alongside our advisers as he progresses.

Meet Caleb Kenneford — Client Service & Operations

What Caleb will do
Caleb joins our client service & operations function, helping to coordinate onboarding, providers, paperwork and the day‑to‑day flow that keeps planning moving. He’ll work closely with our advisers and paraplanners to ensure actions are completed and communicated clearly.

Caleb brings a detail‑first mindset, a knack for tidy processes, and a friendly, can‑do approach that fits the Juniper Way. We were really impressed by his attitude and application to life, shown most clearly in his mastery of Ju Jitsu where he is both a black belt and instructor.
